Programme Overview

Held in Sydney from 26–29 January 2026 in collaboration with TrustInsights (Nepal), the programme brought together senior banking leaders from Nepal Bank Limited and Agricultural Development Bank Limited for four days of expert-led sessions, applied case discussions, and industry engagement.

The programme was delivered as an interactive executive programme focused on leadership, governance, ethical judgement, crisis leadership, and institutional resilience, supported by practical Australian perspectives and strong peer learning.

A highly interactive session exploring how responsible AI adoption, governance, and clear accountability can support stronger institutions, examining where AI strengthens decision-making and where governance must hold the line.

A focused exploration of leadership judgement and ethical decision-making in complex regulatory settings, drawing on Australian cases and frameworks to ground the discussion in real practice.

A practical examination of crisis leadership and resilience-building, covering institutional readiness, decision-making under pressure, and the leadership behaviours that hold organisations together when conditions become difficult.

A highly engaging roundtable covering brokerage lending, customer onboarding, home loan lending processes, and repayment structures, encouraging practical discussion and shared insights between delegates and facilitators.

Study Visit to Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA)

Hosted by Ms Helen Nashaar (Manager, Customer Service Lending) and Mr Sanil Rajbhandari (Branch Manager)

Delegates participated in an interactive discussion and study visit at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (one of Australia's largest banks), focusing on products and services, customer-centric delivery channels, and lending operations, including a branch visit.
